ClearCalcs makes it easy to share and find projects with other users in your account. To search for other user’s projects, make sure they are a part of your company account, navigate to the project home screen, and untick the ‘Show only my projects’ toggle - this will display every project in your organisation. From there, you can easily use the search bar to find the project you need. If you copy another user’s project, it will show up in your project list moving forward as you are the new owner of the copy. Alternately, you can also copy and paste the project or calculation page URL from your browser’s address bar and send it to your colleague. Once they log in, it will take them to the page.
